Structure and Procedure of the Exam
Written Exam: The Receptive Part
The written part of the exam consists of three sections:
Listening (approx. 20 minutes)
Im ersten Teil hören die Teilnehmenden kurze Audioaufnahmen und beantworten daraufhin Fragen zu den gehörten Informationen. Diese Übungen testen die Fähigkeit, gesprochene Sprache zu verstehen und wesentliche Informationen herauszuhören. Es gibt drei Aufgaben, die in der Regel durch Multiple-Choice-Fragen oder Zuordnungsaufgaben gestellt werden.
Reading (approx. 20 minutes)
Im Leseverständnis müssen die Teilnehmenden Texte unterschiedlicher Art lesen und Fragen zu den Inhalten beantworten. Dies kann von kurzen Anzeigen und Nachrichten bis hin zu längeren Artikeln reichen. Auch hier kommen Aufgabentypen wie Multiple-Choice und Zuordnungen zum Einsatz.
Writing (approx. 25 minutes)
Der schriftliche Teil umfasst das Verfassen eines Textes, in dem Sie auf eine vorgegebene Aufgabe reagieren müssen. Dies kann das Ausfüllen eines Formulars oder das Verfassen eines kurzen Briefes oder einer E-Mail sein. Ziel ist es, zu prüfen, wie gut Sie sich schriftlich in der Zielsprache ausdrücken können.
Oral Exam: The Productive Part
The oral exam lasts approx. 15 minutes and consists of three tasks:
Speaking
In der mündlichen Prüfung müssen die Teilnehmenden ihre Sprachkenntnisse in einer Gesprächssituation unter Beweis stellen. Die Prüfung erfolgt in der Regel in einer Kleingruppe mit etwa vier Teilnehmenden. Es wird sowohl eine Interaktion mit dem Prüfer als auch zwischen den Teilnehmenden erwartet. Die Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem das Beschreiben von Bildern, das Diskutieren von Themen oder das Reagieren auf ein Szenario.
Interactive tasks
Neben der Kommunikation mit dem Prüfer sind auch Aufgaben vorgesehen, bei denen die Teilnehmenden miteinander sprechen und zusammenarbeiten müssen. Diese Aufgaben testen die Fähigkeit zur spontanen und natürlichen Kommunikation in der Zielsprache.
